Predeceased by his parents Jack and Bridgie and his brother Jamesy. On the 10th of April 2025, Patsy passed away in University Hospital Galway, surrounded by his family and friends. Will be sadly missed by his sons Paddy and Jamie and their mother Marie, daughter-in-law Michelle, grandson Dale, brothers Sean, Oliver and Gerry, sisters Maureen, Tess, Carmel and Bernie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, his good friend Richard, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing in Irwin’s Funeral Home, Bóthar Irwin (H91 CK84), on Thursday the 17th of April from 1pm. Removal at 2:30pm to Shannon Crematorium, County Clare (V14 PV30), in advance of a humanistic ceremony commencing at 4pm, for family and close friends. The service at Shannon Crematorium will be livestreamed.
