Formerly of Murtyclough, Burrin, Co. Clare. Sr. Una died peacefully in the loving care of the staff and management of St. Mary’s Residential Care Centre, Galway. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Frances, brothers Johnny, Joe, Eamon and Martin. Deeply regretted and fondly remembered by the Sisters of Mercy at St. Vincent’s and Western Province, her sisters Kay Dwyer and Mary Daly, sister-in-law Maggie, brother-in-law Peter, her nieces, nephews, nieces-in-law, nephews-in-law, grandnieces, grandnephews, former colleagues and a large circle of friends. Sr. Una’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Franciscan Abbey Church, St. Francis Street, Galway at 11.30am on Friday, December 23rd, followed by burial in the Sisters of Mercy Plot, Gort Cemetery, Co. Galway.
