Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at University Hospital Galway. Will be sadly missed by his children Annemarie, Breda, Thomas, Seán, Paula and Maura, sisters Anne, Carmel, Maura and Joan, brothers Paraic, Oliver and Joe, son-in-law Dan, grandchildren Lucas, Cillian and Jack, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. Predeceased by his parents Bridie and Patrick and his brothers Séamus and Peter.
May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Reposing in The Holy Family Funeral Home, Mervue on Friday evening the 1st of July from 5pm. Removal at 6:30pm to St. Brigid's Church, Ballybane. Tom's requiem mass will take place on Saturday morning the 2nd of July at 10:30am. Funeral afterwards to Rinville Cemetery, Oranmore.
